Requirements; 

-All people must be 18 years or older upon purchasing something from me. I simply will not do business with people that are younger. Should I discover you are younger partially through the commission, I will cancel the commission and give you a refund minus the deposit. 
-A duct tape dummy is required when ordering a bodysuit. 
-Any item sent to me for the commission must be CLEAN. If it is not clean, I will refuse to work with it and another must be sent.


I will NOT make; 

-Sexually modified fursuits (This includes "Pee/Bathroom ease Zippers")
-Wings
-'Realistic' styled suits
-Copyrighted characters


Payments; 

-I only Accept Paypal, I will not accept Money Orders, Cash, Cashiers' Checks, ETC, Please do not ask.
-Commissions above $200 will require a 30% non refundable deposit. 
-Orders below $200 will require a single upfront payment. 
-Only orders above $200 will I accept payment plans. Minimum partial payment amount is $50. 
-If an item is completed before you are finished paying it off, you will receive one month to complete payments or be charged a late fee with each extra payment after- $10 per week. 
-If I am blocked, ignored or you simply stop paying for more then 3 months, your commission will be cancelled. If you reply after leaving a large gap of no payments, you will receive late fees on your payments ($10 per week of being late with payments)


Shipping;

-Shipping will be Paid after your Item is complete
-Shipping should be paid within two weeks of Completion, if not, it will be subject to a $10 late fee per week
-Please note, Shipping from Alaska during the summer is quite expensive. What may seem outrageous to you is normal to me. This is because Alaska is a major Tourist and Hunting state.
-All items shipped come with track and confirm.


Adjustments and repairs;

-You receive free adjustments and repairs up to six months after receiving your item
-If you message me needing an adjustment or repair, I will wait up to two weeks to receive it from the message agreeing to the adjustment/repair. After that, I can/will refuse adjusting it for you. Sorry, waiting past that for you to send an item you want fixed is impractical.
-After the six months, adjustments or repairs will cost a fee depending on what is needed.

Character Design Commissions;

 

-Upon commissioning a character design suit, I retain all rights to the character UNTIL payment and suit is complete

-You may not commission art of character until payments are 75% complete, this is to assure that the commission will be fully carried out.

-Character design suits are to be described simply, such as "natural colored dog," "green based cat." Species specifics are allowed, markings are to be generalized.

-It does NOT cost extra for me to do a character design suit, consider it an Artistic Liberty, it's based off what I want to make.

-If you do not complete the commission/payments, I have all rights to sell the character as a fursuit adopt.

-If you want a more specific character, please, feel free to commission a ref from me ($50-$70) in which to build your character.

Concepts and Ref Sheets;

-Our Concepts and Ref Sheets are done by Chandra

-They are $35 for a Front and Back Sheet

-We will ONLY add this price to the total if you plan on paying the deposit within that week.

-If you do not pay the deposit during this, you forfeit the right to the sheet and Chandra may make changes as she pleases and sell the sheet.

-You may also pay her upfront for the sheet, if you do this and not pay a deposit, you may keep the sheet, as you already paid her for her time and work.

Behavior; 

-You are required to be civil during the progress of your commission
-Please do not rush me, one progress message a week is enough 
-Please do not try to be my friend in hopes I will lower the cost or work faster. I keep my Job and personal life separate.
-If you begin to harass me you will receive a refund minus the deposit and then will be blocked. I will not work at all with people harassing me. 

-If I do have to refund you for misbehavior, I will not work with you in the future. 
-Please avoid offensive language and cussing 
-Do not under any circumstances ask me to lower my prices. This is incredibly rude and I will refuse to work with you.

-After reading this, please confirm you have read and agree to my T.O.S. by messaging/replying "Ferret Beepers are Cute!"

Subcontracting;

-You as a maker may subcontract me for parts of your commission. This may include Hand Paws, Tails, Feet Paws, ETC.

-I require payment equivalent to my own per part, or equivalent to yours if more than my cost. This is because I am doing the work for that part. (ie; I charge $80 for hand paws, but you charge $100. In turn you should subcontract me at $100, for my work and time, for your commission)

-If special, or hard to obtain fur is being used, you must provide me enough to make the item. This can be deducted from my pay, IF the amount is agreed upon.

-Your commissioner must agree to allow me to make the item for you. I must receive proof of their consent.

-I require credit where due. If I make you hand paws, do not claim them as your own craft. If you do so, I have the right to place a beware on you for intellectual theft.

-I require one (1) of the business cards I send with the item to be sent to the commissioner as well. This is because that even if subcontracted, your commissioner still receives free repairs from me for their item I made. The other card you can do as you wish.
